This workout is designed to emphasize exercises that move the spine and strengthen all of the muscles around the spine. It’s a great program to use on days that your focus is the core, or use some of the exercises in combination with our Upper Body and Lower Body Focus workouts. Programming Tips The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
