This is a full body, intermediate level workout on the Reformer adding a Fitness Circle (Magic Circle). Some exercises include just the Circle, some with just the Reformer and the rest with both tools. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
