This workout is part of our Summer Body Workout Series. The Series includes workouts that are Pilates Based and fitness based, both with and without equipment. This is an intermediate Pilates Mat Workout that focuses on the abs specifically. The workouts Summer Body Series are under 30 minutes long. So, combine them for longer workouts. Programming Tips: Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout. This workout can be performed every other day, or can be added to our other Summer Body Workouts. You can also mix this workout with other ab workouts in the Summer Body Series for more variety.
