Pilates Mat on the Ball - The Reformer Workout 6-13-18

This mat workout uses Pilates exercises from the Reformer Repertoire on the Swiss Ball. It’s a full body, intermediate level workout with some really fun and creative exercises. Programming Tips: This program can be performed 3-4 times per week. Note: Not all exercises are for all people. Proper assessment by a trained professional is required before beginning any exercise program. Modifications may need to be made for some individuals.
