Pilates Fitness Programming on the Mat for Glutes and Thig

This program is part of our series, Pilates for Fitness. In this workout, we are emphasizing the Lower Body using Props. The exercises range from beginner to advanced, but most are intermediate level. We take principles of Pilates, some classic exercise and some more fitness based exercises and put them together into a powerful program to improve your fitness level. This workout can be combined with other workouts the focus on the core and upper body.
