This is a quick and challenging intermediate level workout using a Swiss Ball. It’s full of great programming ideas and is a super fun total body workout. The exercises come mainly from Pilates Mat, Reformer, and Chair but there are some fitness based exercises as well. Programming Tips: This program can be performed 3-4 times per week. Note: Not all exercises are for all people. Proper assessment by a trained professional is required before beginning any exercise program. Modifications may need to be made for some individuals. Some exercises may need to be omitted.
