Lower Body Sculpt Workout 3-2-18

This workout focuses on the legs, hips, and glutes. This is the perfect workout for group classes or studios that do not have heavy leg equipment to use. In each round, we use one piece of equipment for 3 to 5 exercises. You can repeat the sets 1-4 times depending on time allowance and fitness level. Get ready to work, sweat and have some fun.
Programming Tips: This workout is intermediate level. Not all exercises are for all people, so pick and choose the exercises that are right for you or your client. The exercises can be done with or without the equipment.
