This is a fun, full body, intermediate level reformer workout. It is fast-paced and strength based. John programmed this workout the way a traditional fitness strength workout is designed: Beginning with lower body exercises, moving on to upper body exercises, and finishing with core exercises.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for Merrithew¬ equipment. Other manufacturerÍs equipment will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
