Description This workout is intermediate level, full-body, and fast-paced. I’m doing exercises from the Reformer repertoire that (I think) are some of the best. Use the whole program, or just parts of it to create your perfect workout. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
