This is a traditional Intermediate Reformer workout using the STOTT PILATES Repertoire. Itås meant to be full body and strength based, but there are mobility challenges in it as well. There are so many exercises in the Reformer repertoire that itås easy to have new workouts regularly.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for MerrithewÌ´ equipment. Other manufacturerås equipment will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
