Join John for a fun and full body, intermediate Mat workout with the med ball. We'll use the med ball to challenge strength and mobility. We'll also use the med ball to assist in some exercises. See and experience why the med ball lends itself so well to Pilates programming. Programming Tips: This workout can be performed every day on it’s own or in combination with another workout. Not all exercises are appropriate for all people. Proper assessment, progressions and regressions are required for a safe and effective program.
