This workout includes a mix of beginner and intermediate level exercises with some variations and combinations of exercises included. We’ll be focusing on strengthening and mobility. The program moves the spine in all directions and strengthens the core, arms and legs.
Programming Tips: This program can be performed daily or it can be added to other workouts for a more complete program - for instance cardio, strength training, Pilates equipment, etc. Matwork should be completed 2 or more times per week to get the most benefit from Pilates. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
