This is an intermediate workout with a very deliberate pace. We move in all directions and from almost all positions making this a fun balanced and high energy mat workout. Programming Tips: This program can be performed daily or it can be added to other workouts for a more complete program - for instance cardio, strength training, Pilates equipment, etc. I do believe that matwork should be completed at least a couple of times per week to get the most benefit from Pilates. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
