This workout includes a mix of beginner and intermediate level exercise for a fun, full body, Mat Workout. We’ll be moving the spine in all directions as well as, strengthening the core, arms and legs. This is fast paced and fun and there are some great exercise combination ideas and transition ideas as well.
Programming Tips: This program can be performed daily or it can be added to other workouts for a more complete program - for instance cardio, strength training, Pilates equipment, etc. Matwork should be completed at least a couple of times per week to get the most benefit from Pilates. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
