This is the 2nd workout in our Intermediate Mat Series. We’ll be building on the exercises we covered in the 1st workout, and adding some variations with the Pilates Circle. The workouts are designed to systematically help build your endurance and strength. These are progressive workouts, so be sure to master each workout before proceeding to the next, for the best results. Programming Tips: This workout is part of the Intermediate Mat Series. Be sure that you are confident with the Beginner Series workouts, before progressing to the Intermediate Level Series. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
