This Reformer Workout is a fun marriage of the fitness and Pilates worlds. You’ll see unique variations using the reformers and lots of exercises that focus on leg and arm strength, and of course core. This is an intermediate full body. I'm joined by Sarah Swain, Studio Manage and Instructor at John Garey Fitness and Pilates. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
