This workout is fun, full-body, and fast-paced. We’re combining Jumpboard with non-jumpboard work for a dynamic, strength based workout. We’ll be using the Jumpboard to work the legs and upper body. We’ll add the Circle for some inner thigh focus. And we’ll be using the box for some strength work for the lower and upper body (a little core work thrown in for good measure). This is a perfect workout for those wishing to gain strength and are at an intermediate level. Programming Tips The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises.
