After teaching 6 Reformer Workshops at our March Conference at John Garey Fitness and Pilates in Long Beach, CA, I wanted to put together a ÌBest ofÌÒ workout for John Garey TV. I taught everything from Athletic Conditioning on the Reformer to Reformer for Men to Introducing Intermediate and Advanced Reformer Exercises. So this workout is a compilation of some of my favorite exercises from those workshops, put together in a fun and challenging full workout. Weåll use the Jumpboard to get started, then add the Fitness Circle for some fun variations of Feet in Straps. Weåll also use the Box and Platform Extender for some athletic based exercises. I know youåre going to really enjoy this workout.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for MerrithewÌ´ equipment. Other manufacturerås equipment will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
