Beginner Reformer Workout for Men

This workout is perfect for your newer clients, especially men. ItÍs a full body workout, focusing on the issues that men commonly exhibit. Although this workout is designed with men in mind, itÍs a very complete workout and may work for any client with the following issues: Tight hip and shoulder joints, weak core, lack of body awareness, and limited spinal mobility. The exercises are beginner level. The springs are suggested and may need to be changed depending on the clientÍs strengths and goals.Programming:The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES¬ Reformer. Other manufacturerÍs Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
