This workout is for new clients as well as those who want a Pilates Tune Up. I enjoy doing workouts similar to these about once every couple of weeks. This workout will focus on the principles, as well as, mobilizing the spine and core strength.Programming:The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATESÌ´ Reformer. Other manufacturerås Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
