This workout is perfect for beginner Pilates participants who want a challenging workout. By using simple exercises performed in sets, you can add challenge and fun to any beginner workout. This is a full body workout that includes both traditional Reformer exercises, as well as, some fitness based exercises. The springs are suggested and may need to be changed depending on the clientÍs strengths and goals.Programming:The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES¬ Reformer. Other manufacturerÍs Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
