Beginner Reformer and Chair Workout - 3_27_17

This workout is great for new clients, and has been designed specifically to increase strength, mobility and balance. ItÍs a complete workout, but may also be used for programming ideas. The exercises are beginner level, but some may need to be modified to meet the needs of the client or class.Programming:The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES¬ Reformer and STOTT PILATES¬ Split Pedal Stability Chair. Other manufacturerÍs Reformers and Chairs will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
