Athletic Reformer Workout - 1_2_17

This workout is fun, full-body, and fast-paced. WeÍre combining fitness and Pilates again for a dynamic, strength based workout. WeÍll be using the jumpboard to work the legs and upper body. WeÍll add the Circle for some inner thigh focus. And weÍll be using the box for some strength work for the lower and upper body (a little core work thrown in for good measure). This is a perfect workout for those wishing to gain strength and are at an intermediate level.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for Merrithew¬ equipment. Other manufacturerÍs equipment will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
