This workout is perfect for advanced Pilates participants who know Beginner and Intermediate work on the Reformer. It’s a complete workout, and is focused on exercises that require mobility, body awareness and control. I’m joined by Heather Lawson, who is the perfect model for this challenging workout. The springs are suggested and may need to be changed depending on the client’s strengths and goals. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
