This is a more traditional Advanced Mat Repertoire program. We begin with a standing warm-up and then go to the mat with some beginner and intermediate exercises, and continue progressing to the more challenging advanced exercises, and finally, finishing with some easy stretches.
Programming Tips: Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
