This workout is perfect for stronger participants who have mastered the beginner and intermediate level exercises on the Reformer. Itås a complete workout, with some of my all time favorite fitness-based exercises. The springs are suggested and may need to be changed depending on the clientås strengths and goals.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for MerrithewÌ´ equipment. Other manufacturerås equipment will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
