This workout is part of an Ab (Core) workout Series. The series will feature multiple workouts, some with Pilates equipment, some with fitness equipment and some body weight. Itås meant to be a program that can be performed every day in succession or every other day and then started over again. Some of the routines are beginner, some intermediate, and some are advanced. The workouts in the Ab Series are designed to be under 30 minutes long.For this workout Iåm using a Reformer, Chair, and Arc Barrel. Remember that spring tensions vary and you may need to use different springs than me to get the same effect from the exercises.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATESÌ´ Reformer. Other manufacturerås Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
