This beginner level workout uses a band and circle to both assist and challenge. I?ve changed the order a little from the original and made some adjustments to some of the exercises to add variety. I only use the props for some exercises. For others, I use just body weight. This is great workout for a newer client and a great recovery workout for a more seasoned client.
